The wild Javelina was a familiar critter when founder Gabby Page traveled in her home on wheels, a 20 foot travel trailer, throughout the American West. An avid outdoor enthusiast and a restaurant “lifer” she always envisioned opening a small eatery to fuel like minded appetites on their way to and from their next hike, bike, swim, or epic powder day. La Javelina, in little Leavenworth, gateway to the Cascades, was born of that desire.
Adventure calls for proper fuel and we care tremendously about the quality of our food. We make our tortillas and wraps in house daily from locally sourced Washington wheat. We work with local farmers as often as possible and have a commitment to improving our vision everyday.
